This is the perfect boat for the cruising couple with a friend or family. She has two private staterooms at either end of the boat and will sleep 6 in comfort. The master stateroom has a queen berth, lighted vanity, tons of drawers and cabinets, 2 hanging lockers, LCD TV, and an in-suite head. The head has fully enclosed shower with a bench seat, sink w/ storage cabinets, and a mirrored door. The guest stateroom is forward with double bed, optional removable bunk, hanging locker and plenty of storage. The guest head has a fully enclosed shower as well.
The salon is large and airy with plenty of natural light--no cave feeling here. There is a drop down dinette which converts to a sleeper across from the galley and an ultra leather sofa with two incliners in the salon so there is plenty of seating.
The 445 is extremely spacious and good for cruising or live aboard. This boat has is extremely clean and shows very well.

Twin Cummins 370 inboard diesel engines with a little over 800 hours of use. The boat runs 20 plus knots and cruises in the 16-18 knot range. It is a pretty economical boat as well. On trips, the owner has documented average burns rates of 9-13 gallons per hour. For a boat in this class that is amazing. At trawler speeds she sips fuel but you still have ability to get up and run if you choose to do so.
